Returns & Refund Policy

If the product is damaged / faulty/ not as described in the website or otherwise not satisfied customer may return or exchange the product by sending an email on Customercare@montaigne.ae within 3 days of receiving the product. Products purchased for less than AED.300 will not be exchanged unless they are damaged or faulty.

 All Returns / Exchange are subject to the following conditions.

1. Product should be accompanied with the original purchase invoice.
2. Product should be sent or brought, in its original packaging and original condition in all respects, and along with all accompanying items related to the product, such as accessories, cables, manuals, promotional items, bundled offer items etc. Montaigne.ae reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items and accordingly to decide at its sole discretion whether to accept the product for exchange or return.
3. Returns / Exchanges can be made at a designated location in Dubai. 
4. In case if the customer wants us to collect the product for returning or exchanging from their location, additional charges for collection and delivery are applicable. The charges for collecting/redelivering the item, will be informed to you beforehand. If the product is damaged or faulty NO additional charges for collecting or sending another product.
5. Refunds will be will be paid by Cheques in favor of the Buyer (As per registration details provided by the Buyer) or transferred/deposited to the designated Bank account of the Buyer.
6. Refunds will be made in United Arab Emirates Dirham only and shall be equivalent to the transaction received in the United Arab Emirates.
7. Refunds will be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Montaigne.ae in case of any misuse by the Buyer.
8. Refunds shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
9. Return, Refund and Exchange Policy is only applicable within United Arab Emirates, will not be entertained for products taken out of United Arab Emirates.
10. Any claims made after Three days from the date of items received, it will be subject to the Warranty terms of the respective item and cannot be claimed within the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Purchases those are not refundable

1. Sale Price less than 300 AED
2. Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops)
3. Any mattress or Stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
4. Cut meter fabrics
5. Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom countertops)
6. Products that have been modified, altered or washed
7. Sold as seen products
8. At any time, Montaigne.ae reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification. Please contact us for more details.
